  • WILL THE USE OF INK BRIGHT TRADING or COMPATIBLE INK AND TONER CARTRIDGES VOID THE WARRANTY AND DAMAGE YOUR PRINTER?
    Absolutely NOT. There is no truth to this myth whatsoever. The law forbid any company from absolving itself from the warranty provided. 
  • WHAT IS A COMPATIBLE INK or TONER?
    Compatible ink or toner is manufactured by third party manufacturers and is designed to work in designated printers without infringing on patents of printer manufacturers. Compatible inks and toners may come in a variety of packaging including sealed plastic wraps or taped plastic wraps.

  • WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
    We will attempt to deliver your order within the day if its within Metro Manila or Metro Cebu. Most of our products take 1-2 business days to be delivered. For provincial orders, please allow 24 hours to ship.
  • WHERE CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
    As soon as the product is shipped out, you will receive and email from us with the tracking information and other details pertaining to delivery .
